I am often asked how much does it cost after the first year to keep a website set up as part of the Getting Irish Business Online initiative – I have delivered almost 30 workshops for the Enterprise Boards in Clare, Limerick City and North Tipperary. Today I renewed my ‘example site’ and it cost me a total of €32.89 for hosting, one email account, the domain and continued access to the sitebuilder cms tool. Blacknight sent me numerous reminders by email but in fairness the payment only took a minute or two – paid via paypal on this occasion.
|Hosting + Email||€19.99||€4.60||€24.95|
|Domain Renewal – startuphughes.biz||€6.75||€1.55||€8.30|
The slides that I use on the day are available on the main GIBO page courtesy of Slideshare where the Handouts (2 slides per page) are also available for download.
A nice short post this time. Comments welcome.
