Getting Irish Business Online is a partnership between Google, Blacknight Internet Solutions, An Post and the County & City Enterprise Boards aimed at the 40% of Irish SMEs including sole traders that do not have a website or an online presence. A few weeks ago, I was delighted to be asked by Limerick City Enterprise Board to be a trainer for this programme. This blogpost is for anyone now thinking about signing up for a free website and the training which is aimed at helping small businesses to set up and manage site that works for them. I will share two websites that I created with the tool and then offer some advice on what to do before you come along on the day of the training session – dates to be announced by your local Enterprise Board.
